For Wellington Rugby's Rāranga programme — which helps young people into the building industry — SHINY produced two videos. The first, a press-release piece, featured CEO Shannon Paku and recruitment manager Roydon Shaw talking about the partnership. The second was shot on-site at a Wellington building yard, with Rāranga participants speaking about the programme in their own words.

We then cut the second video into 27 short clips for social media, tailored to different platforms — turning one shoot into a full campaign that reached well beyond the original audience.
